The detached red brick building has a reddish brown brick exterior wall, matched with black iron lattice windows and black door leaves, with a gray concrete base at the bottom. The adjacent old light beige building is covered with green and reddish ivy, with some doors and windows sealed with wooden boards. The buildings are surrounded by asphalt open space, weeds and multiple trees, connected to a large open lawn outside.
