The stone monument is located at an urban road intersection. The bottom of its light gray stele body is equipped with multiple groups of bronze figure reliefs and sitting statues, and the periphery of the base is planted with ornamental flowers in white, pink and purple. It is surrounded by street shops and gas stations, with stone benches, street trees and passing vehicles in the adjacent small square.
