This is a multi-story building under construction, with its exterior covered in silver-gray metal scaffolding and partial areas wrapped in blue protective netting. Rebars, various construction materials and tools are scattered around the site, which is also equipped with a white tower crane. The site is adjacent to municipal roads, surrounded by large grasslands, completed office buildings and temporary construction prefab houses.
