The large coastal public venue has a special inverted trapezoid shape, with a sunken terrace with green plants on the top, silver gray metal and glass facade, and white V-shaped support structures at the bottom. It is next to the coastal leisure trail, surrounded by supporting low-rise buildings, lawns and public parking lots, with urban office buildings and open port waters in the distance.
